FBD London had a client that was using a central Excel Spreadsheet to store contact information for their own clients.
This could only be accessed from within the office, or copied and reconciled later. This resulted in a poor workflow and often data loss.
Synetec produced a secure web interface to the central data store, providing access to the data for their employees from anywhere in the world.
The system improved the client’s workflow considerably, and no data was lost or overwritten as there was now only one copy of the data (with scheduled back-ups).
