Gregory Snell
I co-founded Synetec with George Toursoulopoulos in 2008 after many years as a developer myself. We set out to improve the customer experience of software development and it is still central to all that we do. I am a firm believer that software is primarily about people – from the end users all the way through to the people that produce it – which is why the team at Synetec is so important to me. We aim to foster an environment where people can learn, grow and contribute; to both our work, and the growth of the company itself. It is also why I believe that Agile and DevOps principles are so important – we must continuously strive to improve!
Andrew Mellish
I am the chief commercial officer for Synetec and have been working in the IT industry for over 20 years. In my role at Synetec I am responsible for setting the go-to-market strategy for the company, with direct responsibility for both the sales and marketing functions, as well as working with our clients to help them with their digital strategy. This is achieved through helping clients to act fast to take advantage of new markets and opportunities as policy, compliance and governance, fluctuating budgets, demographics, and technology impact our daily lives and organisational requirements. I am a keen rugby fan, who recently enjoyed supporting England at the World Cup in Japan, and can often be seen stretching myself in a 5-a-side football arena.
Matthew McGrory

Recently I managed and helped sell Cloud Service Provider Carrenza to Six Degrees Group and am actively involved with startups and established businesses helping them grow.
I`m a keen sports fan of any shaped ball and still play Rugby Union and most recently joined a local orchestra where I play piano and percussion.
