We ask questions, and lots of them (and we’ll never apologise for the amount of questions, sorry). It’s why we spend so much time on the Discovery stage, to understand who your users are and plan out the best way to extract this information.

Lots of inexperienced UX designers consider the user interface design and work backwards. Synetec UX focuses on a robust UX foundation. We begin with the wider business strategy, then we scope and structure the work, and finally we focus on the surface design. So we actually work back-to-front, using holistic user experience design methods.
